3. Approve Meeting Agenda

4. Conduct Two Finalist Interviews for the 6-12 Principal Position beginning in the 2025-2026 School Year.

   1. 4:00 PM - Joseph Gatto

   2. 5:00 PM - Brian Mangold  

5. Following the two Open Session Interviews, the Board will enter Closed Session to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance or discharge is being considered when a closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session per Iowa Code 21.5(1) (i).

6. Return to Open Session – No action will be taken pertaining to the 2025-2026 principal contract at this meeting.

7. Adjourn
